Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Clay Seal builds runtime security for AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or join our design-partner program, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep what we collect to the minimum we need, and we don't sell it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request access or join the design-partner waitlist, we collect the work email address you submit and any details you choose to send us directly.
- Automatically collected information. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used to serve the site and keep it secure.
- Open-source packages. Downloading or installing
clayseal-identityor other open-source packages is handled by third parties (for example PyPI, npm, and GitHub) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal information from those downloads beyond public, aggregate package statistics.
How we use information
- To respond to your access request and communicate with you about the design-partner program.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email for unrelated marketing. You will only hear from us about Clay Seal.
How the product handles data
Clay Seal's identity layer issues short-lived, attested credentials and signed receipts that are designed to verify offline. When you run the open-source software in your own environment, credentials, capability tokens, and receipts are generated and held by you — we do not receive or store your agents' credentials, trajectories, or receipts unless you explicitly share them with us for support.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run the site and our waitlist — for example website and form hosting and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies or local storage used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to run the design-partner program and for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Clay Seal is a developer tool intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected here.
